I did a run on experienced with mage. In the arena, I just covered the whole level with a high level wand of corrosion and just kept hitting wait and every now and then targeting myself with a wand for shield. It did so much damage things just died when they spawned. I hit lvl 20k before I got bored and went and beat the final boss
That sounds unbalanced lol.
