Oh wow I miss Ketupat. It's great when dipping it in the Sate sauce! Most vendors in Singapore still give it for free as part of your order, but you have to specifically ask for it. Took me a while to figure that out π
Awesome. I made it the other day with the rice cooker method but think I used the wrong rice. It was nice, but not up to standard.

Wait are those Satay Shrimps? That is looking amazing! I donβt think I ever head it with something other than chicken (never been to Singapore though)
Yeah they're great! Quite common across South East Asia, and also quite affordable π
