Honestly, public toilets in general. They start at a default of expecting the worst and somehow get even worse the more particular you get.
I knew a guy who had a phobia of sharing a toilet. He said the absolute worst feeling was a warm toilet seat.
Liquid meals, like soylent, ensure, slimfast. Nutrition, no pooping.
