Playing as a Lolth-Sworn Drow-Cleric I'm more like “Bae, please stop the children games, and let's start an even weirder cult together.”
I started a Selunite cleric play through and needless to say we did not hit it off at first lol
Yikes, so you
Spoiler about Act 2!
probably did not let her kill the Aasimar?
Spoiler tag didn’t work!
Haven’t gotten there yet but it’s playthrough 2
Ah damn, it works wonderfully on my instance. I've figured, that this does not work properly on all instances :-(
I think it probably works across instances, more likely it's whatever app they're using that doesn't implement it properly. Many apps are also still failing to implement the instance agnostic links, eg /c/baldurs_[email protected] should be a link to this community from within the viewer's instance.
Yeah... I'm just rolling with it and trying to sound enthusiastic while she tells me about her weird cult.
If the devs didn’t want me to reload the game, they’d have made it so I couldn’t save in conversations and combat (at the very least). Clearly they were cool with it as part of the intended play experience, so I see no reason to be apologetic about it.
Definitely no need to. Let the people play as they want.
I'm "save-scumming" on my first playthrough. But I'm really looking forward for my "just roll (pun intended) with the flow"-playthrough aswell!
My approach is basically: One playthrough for the story I want. One playthrough for the story the game gives me. One playthrough where I just be an evil fucking bastard.
What about the other 12 playthroughs?
I literally say all the wrong things. Basically everyone I met is dead (I killed them) and I already lost Astarion permanently. But it is still a lot of fun.
That's an amazing way to play. Making mistakes, messy run, but it feels real.
Just don't tell him about save scumming.
