There are some delusional believers to this, but it’s mostly died out.
The vast majority of “Yakub believers” are doing it for shits and giggles because of how absurd it is.
I hope this person isn’t genuine, but the title and caption are giving me Poe’s Law vibes.
based on OP's history here, I think the intent was to make fun of the image (or the image is satirical), but for future reference I think it's best to be unambiguous in these situations (just adding "/s" would be enough)
