I think the upcoming version 0.18.0 will fix this. It's already updated on lemmy.ml and I'm assuming it'll be updated here soon too. It's an issue with the websockets loading new content constantly.

It happens to me too. It happens on almost every feed... new posts get sent there as soon as they're posted, making everything jump around. Doesn't matter if you're in new, hot, active, whatever. It's really aggrivating.
