SOME THINGS WON'T STAY DOWN... EVEN AFTER THEY DIE.

When a Sumatran rat-monkey bites Lionel Cosgrove's mother, she is transformed into a zombie and begins killing (and transforming) the entire town while Lionel races to keep things under control.

An over-the-top horror comedy directed by Peter Jackson (Bad Taste, The Frighteners, etc.)

Long before The Lord of the Rings, this man made one of the goriest movies ever made. And I love it.

This movie used over 1,000 gallons of fake blood in the entire film! About 300 Liters in the final scene alone.

A record at the time and for a long time after that.

Brilliant film! Immensely quotable, perfect amount of haemophiliacs, and a religious message.

"Your mother ate my dog!"

"Not all of it..."

Poor rat-monkey, having crushed his head by the heel of a woman's shoe.

I always cringe when the blood was squirted into the custard scene.

I love custard, she never makes the stuff.
