i would apreciate the ability to more easily see the mod tools and use them.

confession: i have no idea how to ban an account from a group. still looking... ; ; oh, found it. got one I think, skyler spamming same crap. removed post and user. also blocked them. eh we'll see. I'm not on this instance all the time and never spent much time on reddit. anyone interested in modding !cat ? w/e don't even have a cat.
I wasn't spamming. I reported someone that was spamming my post. @andobando was the one spamming my post.
Here's the post: https://lemmy.world/post/500028
edit: I guess since m3t00 blocked me he won't see my reply. Could anyone reach out to him for me?
I don't want to be blocked from !cat.
drafted you, sorry about that. confusing mod tools. not that I know anything about modding besides some 30 day timeouts for cussing
No worries. I'm just glad it got resolved.
This is kind of worked out as a perfect example for why the mod tools need improving.
It'd be nice if there's a warning/strike system. I don't want to ban a user from minor issues, but if it happens multiple times then they should be banned.
At least a means of tracking users and maybe notes for the other moderators.
Is there a way to pin a comment on a post? I haven’t found that ability yet. If it’s not, that would be functional I think. I know how to pin a post to a community, but I can’t figure out how to pin a comment to the top of a post’s comment section
I was just looking for this, can't find it either. +1 would be very useful
An option for CSS would be nice.
search in modlog barely works sometimes. Ctrl-f (browser find) works better for me
Is seeing our community subbed user list allowable? I think it would be useful but understand if it’s not in line with the server policy.
