I've had some weird issues posting to this community so I haven't in a while, but have been keeping an eye on it and it's discouraging to see little to no interaction going on. If people aren't engaging here are they back on /r/motogp or somewhere else?

Compared to F1 subreddit or lemmy communities, the Motogp community is small yes. I feel like a lot of users are more of prowlers than contributors. If we can get more posts, discussions etc, maybe we'll have a more engaging community here.

No idea where they are but you are probably right

Doesn't seem like there are many MotoGP fans around here at all. Heck, even F1 and formuladank communities don't have much activity.

Yep, but plenty of leftists and FOSS nerds that's for sure.

Didn't want to say it, but yeah that's what I was thinking.

We're movers and shakers, technology-wise. Not as much time for motorsports sadly.

Ditched reddit 100% but also not that fired up about motogp. Watching race highlights suffices for me this season. While the racing is … good, the Ducati parade and Miller fading every race just doesn't inspire as much passion as it used to.

I'm here, but my time to engage in motogp these days is pretty much limited to watching the races and reading a few articles. I'd prefer not to go back to Reddit, but I will for specific things if I have to.
