The Netherlands had the original and should be on top of the French one.
Either the scales are messed up or French flag is 70% blue, 50% red and 30% white??
You’re reading it wrong: the axis is tilted slightly, so red and white are diagonal.
Ah, I see it now, but this is weird. Red and blue are at 60 degree angle, but white is read at 90.
I guess it's still the same angle relative to each of axes, but yeah, that's confusing. Thanks for explaining.
