I got the recipe from a dutch website. Pear cake recipe
He has a lot of great recipes on there.
Basically the butter is made of:
- 200 gr almond paste, home-made or bought
- 150 gr butter, room temperature
- 100 gr soft brown sugar
- zest of ¼-½ lemon
- ¼ tsp salt
- 4 eggs, at room temperature
- 185 gr flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 (hand) pears, peeled and core removed
And when the cake is finished you cover it with heated apricot jam.
