It never occured to me that I might have ADHD but I can relate to these memes too much so I'm starting to get worried.

Maybe it would be helpful to get a professional evaluation by a specialist in ADHD. In my experience, the regular therapist isn't equipped to assess, so I encourage someone that is specialized in ADHD assessments.

I'm diagnosed with depression and mild bipolar, I guess there are overlapping experiences.

Technically, you can't be diagnosed with depression and bipolar II. If you have bipolar II, then that accounts for the depressive moods.
