What kind of tori? Chicken?
Oh! Yakmono I got confused for a sec. Yakiniku and yaki... yasai?
Pork in the photo! But I always also do chicken, lots of oishii chicken !
That’s awesome! Do you remember the name of the grill?
Thanks! It's a yak grill. I'm overall satisfied, but if I could do it over again I'd probably get a yakitori grill made with diatomite bricks with adjustable airflow
Are those cloves of garlic or onions on the skewers, OP?
Garlic cloves! I'm an addict 🤤🧄
Very Interesting! I've never tried just grilled garlic cloves. Do you do anything special to them? Oil and seasoning? I'm gonna have to give this a shot..
Wow delicious!
I've never seen an entire skewer of garlic like this before and I have no idea why. Garlic is amazing, and I absolutely have to replicate this.
Woah I thought different things are grilled on the same skewer so that the juices and the smell, like, mix together. I wonder if it’ll be a noticeable difference if grilled this way — I haven’t tried it yet.
Whole garlic cloves! I love it!
