Seems like Ramaria eumorpha, all my local (northen europe) ramaria species taste nice. Great find!
Agreed and is pretty nice to eat with some butter!
Looks like some Ramaria stricta I found last year while hiking in Wyoming.

We have this in Scandinavia.. I wonder if it’s related?
