Ferrari let Massa down, when they messed up his pitstop, a stop he would have had to make at some point, regardless of Piquets deliberate crash....His own team contributed to his championship loss..

lol didn't he just say he was over it.

He may not hold a grudge but why say no to free money?

not free if you pay a bunch of lawyers and lose asserting a ridiculous conspiracy theory.

True but if he thinks he has a strong case, he has no reason to say no to what he believes is free money.

that's kind of the point. he only thinks he has a strong case because he's obsessed about it. dude needs to move on with his life.

He's been quiet until it was revealed the FIA knew about the possibility of race fixing, before the end of the season.

But something tells me you're only saying this because of who would lose the title.

what makes you think I give two shits about lewis?

The lawyers could be working on a contingency bias, ie they don't get paid unless unless Massa gets paid.

Good for him. I hope he wins. If it has been proven that Piquet was told to crash by his bosses and the FIA knew and that cost him the win, then they should make him F1 champ for 2008 and take the title away from Hamilton. And also compensate Massa financially.

Isn't there like a 2 week period for lodging complaints? And once the trophy is handed over at the end if the year the result is set in stone anyway. Move on, Filipe!

It's almost as if new evidence came out recently.

Evidence that suggests that the FIA knew about race fixing, before the end of the season. And deliberately waited until the trophy was handed over.
