Ah crap. I saw the lemmy.ml of the Community they posted to and never looked at the user.

Make sure there is no community like the one you want to make through lemmyverse.net
There is usually a "Create a community" button on the top of the page.
Which ones do you plan to create? Did you have a look at https://lemmyverse.net/communities already?
I play drums so id like a metal drums category to start. I just dont see the "create a community" button. Which page is this button usually located on? Im on ios memmy app.
Maybe memmy does not support this functionality yet. In that case you have to login to the web interface. You can find it in the menu at the top on desktop and in the expanded menu on mobile.
