Just a note here, local FOX affiliates like FOX 9 often have very little to do with the cable channel FOX News and are simply local affiliates of the larger FOX network.
FOX 9 is local news for Minneapolis and St. Paul Minnesota. It sort of makes that clear in this Google News image.
A local station being an affiliate of a specific television network is not necessarily indicative of similar politics.
However, that being said, a large majority of local television stations are now owned by Sinclair Broadcast Group, who do have similarly shitty politics to FOX News, the cable channel.
Finally, interestingly enough, doing some digging on FOX 9, it turns out its actually one of the small number of local television stations directly owned by FOX corporation, so this station in particular might have politics closer to FOX News, since it's actually owned by FOX Corporation. According to their corporate site, they own 29 local stations in the US.
