/c/TenFoward: Your home-away-from-home for all things Star Trek!
Re-route power to the shields, emit a tachyon pulse through the deflector, and post all the nonsense you want. Within reason of course.
~ 1. No bigotry. This is a Star Trek community. Remember that diversity and coexistence are Star Trek values. Any post/comments that are racist, anti-LGBT, or generally "othering" of a group will result in removal/ban.
~ 2. Keep it civil. Disagreements will happen both on lore and preferences. That's okay! Just don't let it make you forget that the person you are talking to is also a person.
~ 3. Use spoiler tags. This applies to any episodes that have dropped within 3 months prior of your posting. After that it's free game.
~ 4. Keep it Trek related. This one is kind of a gimme but keep as on topic as possible.
~ 5. Keep posts to a limit. We all love Star Trek stuff but 3-4 posts in an hour is plenty enough.
~ 6. Try to not repost. Mistakes happen, we get it! But try to not repost anything from within the past 1-2 months.
~ 7. No General AI Art. Posts of simple AI art do not 'inspire jamaharon'
~ 8. No Political Upheaval. Political commentary is allowed, but please keep discussions civil. Read here for our community's expectations.
Fun will now commence.

Of all the characters to come back, she's the one that always felt the most intended to. We see her as an admiral in the future during the show. She might have done some damage in Endgame, but the Borg are still coming. They're gonna need Admiral Janeway
As someone who loved Voyager and absolutely loves all of Mulgrew’s portfolio, I’ll be very honest and say that I think Trek needs to move forward from its 90s era.
What would bring a breath of fresh air to Trek is to do another Next Generation push and start a new series set some 100+ years after Voyager or Prodigy or even Picard. We are so wrapped up in nostalgia that we’re trapped in “some kind of” time warp where we almost refuse to go forward and escape the loop. There’s more exploring to do, and better tech to invent.
At some point, technology marches forward that the temporal prime directive becomes important. I’d love for Trek to explore that. There’s other quadrants across our galaxy; let’s see what happens when the Federation gets there. Trek stories should be as infinite as the imagination, yet we insist on sequestering ourselves within what we already know.
Prodigy should be continued, another Lower Decks type show should be optioned, and I’m not against Mulgrew returning in some Picardesque fashion, but Trek honestly needs to break free from the 90s heyday and continue boldly going.

Make a pseudo-sequel to Voyager about the Federation going back to the Delta Quadrant to follow up on first contacts and such.
They send a single Oberth-class ship. Hilarity ensues.
That would be a pretty great show, but I don’t understand the oberth-class ship joke.
I would like to see the events that made the Klingons join the Federation in the future. Raw emotions vs. compassion. Should be fun.
Voyager is found 200 years after it disappeared and is in a stasis field. Janeway gets put on the flagship to be studied by the nanopartical doctor. That could be fun.
I’m down!
Her not being the captain would let her character open up more and she would be a fish out of water.
I hope that they do something interesting with it.
I wanna see the Phoenix's/Zefram's first flight
It would be cool to see a bell riot/modern style show about the nuclear winters on earth and struggles right before prewarp. They wouldnt even have to advertise as trek, just a gritty dystopia war show
Zefram’s first flight
Isn’t that what First Contact covered? (IMO one of the best Trek movies)
Give us Prodigy S3, please.
There will be a coffee bit.
I’m sure writers will be going full immersion to pour over all of the scenarios a coffee bit could percolate.
Regular pour-over but where each molecule of water is in constant intradimensional flux?
(There is no difference)
A (domesticated) borg moka pot?
(It will be forced to accept the love & it's cupboard space)
A half-espresso half-cold-brew mixed via transporter?
(So she could kill the monster, but like vampire style)
