Not likely. Most carriers will have some form of NAT64 to let IPv6 devices hit ipv4 sites.

Translation for those sites that are still stuck with IPv4, yes. This is not necessarily a NAT.

I still use ipv4 only connection and face 0 problem but ipv6 only connection makes me mad without proper v6 to v4 nat.

edit: yes the v6 version of towel.blinkenlights is same as v4 :)
