77,000,000 just isn't accurate.

If it were, we wouldn't be sitting on twenty years of stagnant wages and a 40-year shifting of the tax burden onto the poor and middle class here in the US.

Leave stupid and smart people out of it. Average people are 96% of earth. Don't you think it's a little mean for 98 people to blame 2 village idiots for everything? The problem is perfectly average, intelligent, reasonable humans. They're destroying everything.

That's not have averages work. 96% of people are not as smart as the average score. Most people are on one side of the average or the other. The problem is that those that are lower or even at average intelligence are the ones that cause most of the world's problems.

I figure we can round that stuff to the center in many cases since we're dealing with IQ which is scuffed and because people subtly change day to day / year to year. Like we're fuzzily clustered around the hill top and the fuzzy groups to either side are pretty tiny.

Edit: oh you mean more stratification. I never heard that before, I need to learn about that.
