I do make my own, but I can't eat rice as I'm doing keto for a few months. Sad times

I'd like to say cauliflower rice makes good sushi for keto but...

It does not. Unfortunately, sushi != keto.

On the plus side, when you hit ketosis, you stop being hungry, pretty much.

Learn to make your own tortillas if you haven't already. It's the simplest thing you can bake and doesn't taste like cardboard like the things they sell in the store.

I do intend to learn how to make them someday, but for now these weren't that bad honestly
