What's the narrative? If he would have just listened? He had a bad history (innocent people don't need pardoned)? Cops do a dangerous job, there are bound to be grey areas? Idk, take your pick.
Thoughts and prayers.

Yep, I still want a bodycam.
Oh for sure. The cop shouldn't get a pass just cause I don't like the victim. I'm just finding it hard to find sympathy for him

Nah, it's way easier to take stuff here and assume tone or meaning in a positive light than I ever could in Reddit lol. You're good!
While trying to arrest Huttle, police say he resisted and began struggling with the deputy.
On the one hand - these folks really think the law doesn't apply to them now.
“An altercation took place between the suspect and the officer, which resulted in the officer firing his weapon and fatally wounding the suspect,” police said.
On the other hand - still cops, I'd like to see a bodycam that shows what these actual circumstances were.
“For full transparency, I requested the Indiana State Police to investigate this officer-involved shooting,” Jasper County Sheriff Patrick Williamson said in a statement.
My usual thought here. Thank goodness the police will be the ones deciding if the police fucked up or not.

Idk about Indiana, but in my state the state police see the county and city cops as beneath them, so there's no thin blue line there.
While I'm glad the insurrectionist was brought to justice, the cop should absolutely be investigated and charged if he used excessive force.
This could be two birds with one stone.
I guess his sentence got commuted to an execution. I wonder when the other side realizes they can be killed by the police too with impunity.
Seeee, not all cops are bastards ;) There’s at least one good cop ;)
