Bloomers, loafs, flatbreads, rye breads, wheat breads, sourdough breads, yeast breads - all fermented breads are welcome! Vienesse pastries like croissants are also welcome because technically they're breads too.

Wanted some fresh bread but won't spend enough time at home for a full loaf. So just made a bread from a half-pound of flour

Sorry, the tiny bread is already more than half gone... Also who would slice a bun vertically into 10 or so slices? This is no bun, it's just a tiny bread ๐Ÿ˜œ

  • Go to local farm
  • Get their self prepared bread baking kit
  • Use only a quarter of the 1kg package

(sorry, don't have more of a recipe on this one...)

It increases the ratio of crust to "meat" which in my book is good for any bread.
