Might seem like a silly question but I'm curious.

Maybe a movie with a lot of action or decent soundtrack for example

None. I really think distractions like a movie lead first to bad form and skewd rest time, and maybe to injury. Obviously this doesn’t apply to indoor cardio…

It probably isn't for everyone. I do the same exercises every day so watching action movies like Heat or grindhouse movies like Dragged Across Concrete can help break up the monotony and I end up doing more reps. I haven't really noticed it effecting my form anymore than listening to a podcast would.

To each their own :) just be mindful of the risks of distraction

I watch the Marvel movies all the time when working out. Also Aliens, Resident Evil series, Terminator 2, The Suicide Squad, the Mission Impossible series...

I always watch a movie when working out, one of the advantages of having equipment at home.

Hardcore Henry. It just goes and doesn't stop, like, ever.

How about Mad Max: Fury Road!

I don't think it's practical to consume visual media while working out, hence I prefer podcasts for this purpose.
