With the amount of people having been wrongfully murdered by police during raids, I can tell you that I will not only accept, but even encourage that the general populace can protect themselves with locked doors.

The problem with the house analogy, is that now EVERYONE can just walk through your front door. People also don't accept that, but that part of the reality she is demanding is omitted.

I love how the discussion goes in my country - police lobby for unlocking encryption "just for them" and NÚKIB (national bureau for cybersecurity) openly advising how to correctly encrypt everything.
