MODERATORS

Much of the Fediverse, especially the most popular communities, are continuations or clones of existing communities from twitter/reddit/etc., which makes sense given the history of these platforms as alternatives to those sites.

Are there any original communities which exist on the Fediverse with no similar community on the mainstream alternative service?

I don't get it. Like, at all.

I haven't seen another stick community. There's a stick rating Instagram account, but that's pretty different.

Is there a [email protected] elsewhere? I know I didn't copy it

This community was just above your post in my feed.

It's the first time I'm seeing it and it certainly appears unique to me at the moment.

If you are asking how this differs from other platforms, you are blissfully unaware of the unique drama of Lemmy, and I envy you... Sweet summer child... The flyingsquids come in the night from .world and want you to love Liz Cheney, while putting pronouns, when Liz Cheney herself condemned her own sister for being gay...

I am clearly not asking how this differs from other platforms. I've been here since 2022.

I love when people on here take issue with people not pouring over their profile, like it's MySpace in 2004... I'm sorry I didn't note you like TV On The Radio in my comment, my bad.
