everybody knows that the best time to plant a tree was 25 years ago, but the second best time is now...

- Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
- Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Strong language is fine, just not directed at other members. Engage in good-faith and with respect! This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. - Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

But it doesn’t matter either way because the incoming admin is gonna rip it up and chuck it into a wood chipper within a couple of weeks.
You aren’t serious about planting trees if you only do it with a hurricane approaching…but yes, we should be planting trees
One observer doesn't understand it's still part of his 2020 campaign.
And, OK, fine.let's just put Cuba back on the list you little whiney shit.
Of course they would, his critics have been shitting all over everything he's done for the past 4 years. Granted, he should have done it sooner, but the only time it'd be "too late" would be if Cuba was gone altogether.
These people are attacking the man and his actions just for the fact that they're attached to him. If Trump were to do the same in 5 days, he'd be lauded as a hero. Instead Biden has simply given him something else to add to his list of Democratic policies to undo.
My problem specifically with this isn't Biden, it's that it's so late that it will only exist for a handful of weeks before Trump turns it around again. They literally say it in the first line in the article. I almost feel like that was the intention. It's "safe" to do it now because they know Trump will just turn around and undo it.
If there's one thing America cannot stand it's a communist/socialist country existing.
And that's exactly what I thought when other articles were saying he might do it yesterday. And I'm 100% positive that's the intention. Biden knows he's going to reverse it, purely put of spite. He's hoping that when Trump does, it hurts his relations with Xi and Putin.
Why would they care? Why would they expect any different? It's American policy for 60 years or some shit. Regardless of party
I don't think "Critics" is of Biden. It's of the delay.
