Happens once in SG-1 and once in Atlantis. I don't get the context of this meme though. It doesn't happen often and it's not like medical staff should be spared from tragic events.

Should have also said, IDK about Universe since I never finished watching it.

In Universe, T.J. died in an alternate timeline and would have in ours since the cause was genetic.
