That color definitely looks like it could be described as either green or yellow to me. Isn’t this the spectrum of light that biological women are better at distinguishing, supposedly to better identify edible plants back as hunter gatherers?

I wish to all point out that you're arguing about the color of a relatively recent scan of a comic book from the 1950s or 1960s.
Compare her cape/top to the yellow action lines of Superboy squeezing her. They're clearly light green, not plain yellow.
Colors are a spectrum fam. You can see a yellow from the squeeze, by your logic that rules out yellow hair too
maybe she is "a green, haired lady"
