What a trip of an episode. Kind of fitting to release it on Christmas Day with it pertaining to the birth of a Messiah-like character. The nonchalant references to Howard and Darcy’s last name being The Duck was funny. Kaecilius and Zeus were great surprises and fitting for the plot.

Edit: I think the gag at 16:07 of Darcy and Howard mixing up Bonnie & Clyde with Thelma & Louise is so subtle that it will go over a lot of people’s heads. I posit that they were referencing Thelma & Louise because of Bucky and Alexei driving their getaway car off a cliff in the preceding episode, and also Darcy and Howard are silly enough to make that mixup.

I think this was a contender up against "What if Tchalla became Star Lord" for best What-If episode. Absolute joy.
