Why would you even need one. The 90 series is the old Titan series. Nobody was buying Titans unless they wanted to show off, not even as a rendering card, because then you would just get a Quadro.
Utterly meaningless at this point.
Make the 5060 not gimped, plenty of RAM at good bandwidth, ideal for 1440p (which is a bare fucking minimum in 2024), and have it available for under 300, and we'll see.
and have it available for under 300
This is not happening. The 5060 will be gimped to upsell the 5060 Ti. Rumours/leaks suggest the 5060 will have 8GB VRAM.
8GB in 2025 is ridiculous
That 600 watt TGP is brutal. The RTX 5080 is at 400 watts, albeit with 16 GB VRAM and 10,752 CUDA cores.
3 more generations and GPUs come with a power plug for the wall.
It happened (kinda) before
Nvidia acquired 3DFX so it's been coming for a while
$1900 is more than my entire mid tier PC setup, that's insane. At least now crypto miners aren't snapping up GPUs and raising the prices even more.
