It's a little sad that we need to actually say this, but:

Don't be an asshole or you will be permanently banned.

Respectful debate is totally OK, criticizing a product is fine, but being verbally abusive will not be tolerated.

Focus on discussing the idea, not attacking the person.

I'd be interesting to know what this is actually classified as, legally.

Riding on the sidewalk with a 500lb+ "mobility scooter" that's basically a narrow car seems like it could raise a lot of questions.

That said, I'd love to see these replace full-size cars for people who still want/need to drive around town for errands.

I can't think of any lane, ped, bike, or car, that would be happy to share with this.

That thing looks like an electric car that was developed in my hometown for a time. Called the Tango. Two seats, cockpit style. So it was very narrow. Freeway speeds. Was always fun to see. Stopped seeing them at some point.

The tango was quite special, not only did it do freeway speeds but it could do 150 mph, 0-60 in 3 seconds, and had 800 hp and a price tag of >$300k. They didn't make many. It was weeeeeird.

Just from looking at that pic (no, I don't click random yt links), I'd classify it as L7e.

In Europe, but apparently in Canada, it's a "mobility scooter".
