Biden should pardon him. There is a greater than zero chance Trump will if he doesn't, and that could secure the next couple of elections for the Republicans, even if it goes against their principles.

You can only pardon federal crimes, not state crimes. So no Biden can't pardon him

Can he pardon him before he’s been convicted?

According to the Department of Justice's Office of the Pardon Attorney, yes. Nixon received such a pardon, as did Vietnam draft dodgers.

He pardoned his son for crimes he hadn't even been charged for.

Question: Who created this fundraiser and how do we know they will provide the funds for legal defense and not just run off with the cash?

That’s always a risk. However, I’ll take that chance. We can also fight the credit card charge if it does become a scam, your card would definitely give it back.

But like, what are you going to do? Call Luigi and ask if The December 4th Legal Committee sent him the check?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 week ago

Still willing to risk it.

"Becoming or remaining an officer in a health insurance company" should be considered suicidal ideation.

Thought it was an ad for a new sandwich at a deli.

If they're giving them away for free it's more of a PSA than an ad.

sell people their health and they’ll sell it back to you, at a steep discount.
