Google just unveiled Android XR, a new operating system for Virtual, Mixed Reality and Spatial computing in this demo running on the upcoming Samsung XR Headset, Project Moohan, powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon XR2+ Gen 2 chipse that will feature state-of-the-art displays, eye tracking and hand tracking.

That presentation was so cringe 🫠

Hardware seems fine I guess, but this Android XR is extremely uninspired and doesn't seem to do anything new or interesting.

I just saw an article online about it and thought it looked a lot like the quest pro wich i love!

I am very much ready to upgrade from my Quest Pro. Looks like 2025 is the year. So glad I don’t have to wait to 2027 when Meta claims the Quest Pro 2 will come out.
