"The faculty board"?
Edit: I found a (probably "AI" authored) source for my suggestion, which also suggests "staff", "panel" and "team", but those all sound so humdrum.
The Doctors is what I've seen and heard most.
Sometimes it's Doctor Whos, which is just weird to my brain, but it would be valid as a plural.
Doctors Who would also be valid, but it's even weirder since it not only triggers that "wtf" in my brain, but it looks like a partial title for a listicle lol. But I've never run into it in the wild, so to speak. But that's only weird because the "name" is Who. If it was Jones, the doctors Jones would scan perfectly, but would require "the" in front to scan.
I was doing a web search and "The Doctors Who" is what popped into my head first and prompted this post 😅
Do you mean the actors? Then just say doctor who actors.
Because in canon, it's one being. And his name is The Doctor. Not doctor who.
Of course, the name "Doctor Who" has been used in canon (if there is such a thing) on multiple occasions.
Exactly my conundrum! In canon the Doctor changes faces and personalities (and Tardises) periodically. What is (or what should be) the collective term for these manifestations?
...The Doctor.
Just like child you and adult you are both you. They're just different phases of the same person's life.
Gallefreyan biology is a bit different, but it amounts to the same thing.
