I'm still new to this, so I havent been able to find an Instance for guitar amps.

I recently scored this 1958 Gibson GA8 Gibsonette and I'm kind of really stoked on it. Its got a pretty unique circuit that uses 2 6v6 in a parallell single ended configuration instead of the usual push-pull. Less volume, but boy howdy does it get greasy.

Anyone else have some unique amps that they want to share with the class?

I would say you found the right spot. There's no reason we need to gatekeep between guitars, amps, and even basses.

That said, sweet amp! Does it have the three prong plug or is it still two?

Still has the 2 pronger. I've done the 3 prong mod to a few of my other (less valuable) vintage amps, and I found that in most cases, it makes the hum worse.

Not really thinking of gigging this one, so I'm going to leave it stock as much as possible.

Thanks! What do you have? Do you have a favourite (or, at least, one thats special to you)?

I’ve got an old (80’s) Vox that’s been beat to hell and back, had the cones replaced, and someone just screwed what seems to be a grill plate over the front where the mesh wore out.

It looks like absolute hell, but makes the fullest crunch I’ve ever had. Setting the gain on it JUST before break up has a really mellow clean that will turn into a sweet crunchy tone when you really crank on the strings.

Super cool! Can we get a picture of the controls?

Sure thing. Although I think "picture of the control" would be more apt.
