This is more fitting for the aforementioned Perchance community ([email protected]) than here, so going to lock this. Also reads too much like an ad, instead of inviting discussion.

We work hard to perfect our Prompts to generate stunning images we can use— hopefully, freely and limitless.
I can kinda see that comics point with the term “prompt fondlers” (I thought this was a Unix surrealism comic but I cannot for the life of me find it). Crazy to think that’s “hard” work but the people actually developing these AI and tool sets? Nah fuck em, lazy bastards. Also I doubt stripping meta data means you own shit and is probably only one of the mechanisms these companies use for enforcing copyright.
Also colour me surprised perchance wants anything to do with tools that fuck with other companies copyright. Seems like a great way to invite unwanted legal attention.
Kind of crazy to think someone needs to go on to other people’s posts to feel some type of entitlement over someone else’s generators because they’re insecure. Go imagine, huh? Does it strike your envy? You “fondler”. Yeah, maybe I’m a lazy bastard because I’m tired of all the hidden “Terms” to “free tools”. But, let’s be real— envy strikes from other perspectives; seems like you’re just upset you didn’t think of the idea yourself. If I were in your shoes, I’d probably feel the envy too. But, hey— not all of us have something positive to do about our day; so some of us choose to just be negative. Does that sound about right? But, want anything to do with… What? A generator? 🤣 Maybe you should look a little more into “how to support Perchance” first. 💀
Have a good day! 😏
This isn’t your generator though, did you write these image generators, the UI? Maybe if you’re hosting locally I can understand but even then you’re using other people LLMs that take time, effort and money (if they train/test on GPU farms). There are also open source models you can use locally.
I think it’s perfectly reasonable for the people who provide these tools/resources to state their terms and in my opinion, taking issue with that and attempting to skirt it, is entitlement. Especially if the service is online since they have cost (licensing the model, server cost) to pay for.
I’m not upset I didn’t think of it because I think it’s a bad idea, if that wasn’t apparent. I’m not super interested in supporting perchance as I host LLMs and generators locally for privacy and greater control. Personally I think you should consider hosting locally if you want greater control/ownership over what you generate.
Edit: exif scrubbers have existed since image board days too btw like this
