But I can also acknowledge the irony in saying that without Israel's military the holocaust 2 would happen while that same military is attempting to pull off that same thing in Gaza.
You suffer from miscommunication. There is more than one definition to the word genocide.
The definition in IsraelI society is the literal murder of every member of said group.
There are other definitions, some also include the destruction of a culture, not necessarily through murder.
Hamas and Hizzballha want to do the first to Jewish people. Israel can easily do it in Gaza but doesn't want to. And works very hard to dismantle Hamas without killing everyone in the region.
Israel maybe commiting the second type in Gaza.

Israel has had the military capacity to literally flatten Gaza and the West Bank for decades and kill every single Palestinian. They haven't. If they wanted to do a genocide they wouldn't need to "attempt" - they could just do it.
Hamas would do it if they could. They have stated that they would. Not just the military and political leaders but all jews as they displayed on Oct. 7th.

That would be horrible because Jews are mostly white and Palestinians aren't. Clearly your hypothetical Holocaust is worth committing an actural Holocaust to "prevent". Have you considered that (as a Jew) the Israeli government and military is actively bad for Jewish ppl. They're actively censoring Jewish voices who disagree with them (Bibi is trying to shut down Haaretz). Therefore as a Jew I do not believe that Jewish and Muslim workers should fight but rather all the workers should unite against the capitalist classes that truly oppress them.
The majority of Israeli Jews are of mizrahI background. AKA, not white. They were expelled from Muslim countries.
Israel is commiting horrible things in Gaza. However they don't make soap out of people.
But I expect someone that thinks most Jews are white to grasp this difference.
