I’ll start it off:
What’s everyone’s ideal weekend?
For me, any weekend is off to a great start if I’m able to wake up around 8 and walk the dogs with my wife. Then sit on the back deck for 45 minutes or so while enjoying coffee.
If not that, then brunch and coffee somewhere. Bonus if there’s also an F1 race on.
I like weekends where I don't have anything on the agenda. Where I can sleep in, slowly get breakfast prepared, take the dog on a long leisurely walk, and then just hang out doing whatever I feel like for the rest of the day
Weekends at home with nothing planned are my favorites. I like to spend Saturday mornings catching up on various economic and finance blogs with a pot of coffee, then see where the day takes me. Sometimes I'll catch up on some gym time if I missed it during the week, but I'm more likely to take a long walk in my neighborhood and save the gym for weekdays. Other than that, I'll spend time with my family, maybe go out to lunch, run some errands, get some yard work done, or spend time on hobbies.
