We kinda accidentally figured out how to survive tho. Since it's a 380 surrounding the player. Of the team stays together/heavy armour/don't move around too much (Ragdolls happen) you should be able to just walk right through it

Why do I get the feeling this is another feature AH never really tested before release
Honestly, reminds of sessions where the DM didn't/couldn't test a new mechanic and shit goes sideways real fast.
Except AH has staff and literally thousands of potential play testers - they really need to get those playtests out and running.

This is Helldivers 2. I expect a newly released grenade will bounce off a SH-32 Shield Generator Pack from the inside as I throw it. It would steal from the helldiver experience if things worked as intended.
Just played my first mission with the DSS bombardment. I love it due to the chaos.
Tip: When you glass a planet, try not sending troops down to the planet.
Edit: I'm proud to say I was there when the DSS bombardment went live.
