Y'all know even if that were to happen, assuming the Biden administration even allows this, the military would storm in whatever holding cell hes in and break him out on January 20, then he'll invoke the insurrection act and order the arrest of NY state officials for treason.

It is not actually legal to do this. A state can't interfere with the functioning of the federal executive branch. Most constitutional scholars would say the sentence just gets suspended until the end of his term.
