What browser are you currently using? Is that Chrome? How did you get it working for that?

That is safari on an ipad
The browser in the vid is iOS Safari
It could be possible with backdrop-filter and custom CSS, but would also require adding a margin and resizing to each page so that all pages sit at the top of the screen. The Firefox UI is really messy if you want to change it drastically like that, and things change all the time, so your custom style would probably break after a while.
