A community dedicated to the universe of Warhammer 40k, a tabletop setting in the far, distant future.

This is a general community for 40k miniatures, art, lore discussion, and gameplay discussion.

Rules

  1. Keep it civil.
  2. No memeposts/shitposts. Memes are great but direct them to grimdank.
  3. Please mark any posts containing realistic nudity or realistic excessive gore/violence as NSFW; this rule mainly applies to cosplay and realistic drawings rather than miniatures. Being that 40k is inherently violent, this is a judgement call, and mods may occasionally request posters add tags.
  4. No political or social cause agenda pushing.

MODERATORS

Still have to add decals to a few of them, but I'm rushing to add options before a local round-robin.

Inceptors (magnetized), Sternguard Veterans (from the box), Lieutenant (magnetized options), Primaris Techmarine, and Ballistus (from the box).

Adding ranged options to my melee-heavy shark-bois (run as Black Templars).

Are those Leviathan-Sternguards with traditional Weapons?

Straight out of the box.

I use 3rd party shark helmets, but that's the only mod.

They are looking realy cool. What colour did you use? And where did you get the great heads?

I do a zenithal prime (black primer with white ink from above to pre-highlight), then two sprays: Gryph-Charger Grey followed by Space Wolves Grey. For the darker tech-marine, I used Basilicum Grey.

The heads were found on Etsy, but the seller is gone. You can find similar from Atlan Forge.
