I personally don't think we should be ripping down statues. Sure they are of people who did some dark things but you can't erase history. Also it is unfair to the artists who made it.

Instead, you should simply put up new statues in new areas. There is plenty of room.

Statues are icons meant to glorify history. You don't learn anything from a statue, it's just a celebration.

Let's glorify good history and not bad history.
