as opposed to gravity still applying, so you start to fall, but you can jump out of the fall as though you didn't leave the ground?

honestly it might feel more natural if gravity does apply, even though the term "coyote time" implies it doesn't

try both and playtest imo. which feels right depends on a lot of other aspects of how your game plays 🤷‍♀️

As a big fun of many configuration sliders, I might as well just do them separately and give each its own timer.

off the top of my head, I think most games with coyote time still give you gravity during it
