It's a shame that Microsoft are still selling the full version with dlc for so much more than the base game, it's a 12yr old game.

GOG has the ultimate version for the same price as the ultimate version on steam ($6.59) if you want it DRM free.

The idea was good, and I even tried that, but it knows on an account level where you are.

Your "home" country is in the settings. It can be changed, but I don't know what that implies in the long run and I'm too lazy to look around more.
