Air Canada has everything it needs to end the strike, no need for government intervention: all they have to do is give pilots their raise.

Last thing I want is be on a plane with a pilot that has to do a side job and more likely to be tired and make mistakes.

Uhh, why should a government get involved in a dispute a private corporation is having amongst itself?

The government needs to sequester the top union brass and the air Canada CEO himself in a locked room until a deal comes out.

If you want to accelerate the process keep turning the temperature in the room up and limit washroom breaks.
