Had a very lengthy argument with a bunch of Mastodon users a few days ago about it. They wouldn't even acknowledge that she's part of the cult.

It's a PR statement, calling her fellow Scientology cult member a "friend", while not even once mentioning the cult itself, who not just harassed the victims, but also murdered Cedric's and his wife's two dogs.

That’s ok.. I’m still a fan. I liked Chester, of course, but his actions did cause substantial impacts to many people for many years. I don’t see any reason that the band and fans alike shouldn’t be allowed to continue enjoying the music.

Vice been feeling angry at him. I love his music and his voice but the live of others should not end because you ended yours.
