We learned masking like...week two of my highschool Photoshop class. And I bet it's way easier nowadays with AI tools.

It's been a while since I've seen warped background pics but I always assume they do it as a joke.

Hell man, cell phone cameras automatically apply a bunch of filters that used to cost hundreds of dollars back in the day.
