I've been a loyal user for years, since Sonos Play 1. While the app was at best medicore, the speakers worked pretty nice with Apple devices. But ever since I ditched Apple, using Sonos was a constant struggle. However, it was bearable. Since the last major update, Sonos became a source of frustration. Something as easy as playing a music on a device designed to play a music, got way too difficult. I just moved to a new house and I wanted to buy more speakers. I'm not going to buy anymore Sonos devices. In fact, I just started replacing existing speakers with a different brand. I have lost all my trust in Sonos and there's nothing the company can do to convince me to stay.

Great. I was excited to see on the board that they implemented timers and alarms. Then I just made the mistake of looking, and the app can’t find my speakers. I can use them from Spotify, just not from Sonos
